Food Pantry Open to the Public!

The K.L.E.O. Center is now an official site of the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Please join us every 1st Wednesday of Every Month from 3:30 - 5:30. Over 6 tons of free food! Located in the parking lot of the K.L.E.O. Center located at 119 E. Garfield. (Garfield & Michigan). At the same time, the University of Chicago will be putting a Health Fair at the center! Next Wednesday (December 7th) we will be talking about how to prepare a healthy holiday meal and we will provide AIDS/HIV Testing! Hope to see you there!!

 
Free music lessons!

Starting Ocotber 10th, the K.L.E.O. Center will be offering free music lessons! Here, from 3 to 5 pm, the lessons will be about 30min-1h long. Are you interested in signing up for this? Scroll down this page and take a look at the flyer!

 
   
Our Mission

The K.L.E.O. Community Family Life Center is a non-profit organization and facility dedicated to strengthening families and providing a safe haven, through education, training, support and fun for people of all ages in the Washington Park Community. Our goal is to create an enhanced ability to navigate the world by providing the necessary tools, skills and support needed for our participants to become a productive part of society.

Our Vision for the K.L.E.O. Community Family Life Center is that it touches on every aspect of life so our participants can learn to successfully navigate their world, dream the dream, and bring their dream into reality.
